Hideon VPN provides VPN access for supported devices. Service quality may vary based on network conditions, server availability, device settings, and third-party infrastructure.
Subscriptions
Paid access is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions using Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple in the App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hideon VPN for illegal activity, abuse, spam, attacks, unauthorized access, infringement, or actions that disrupt the service for other users.
Availability
We work to keep Hideon VPN available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or limit parts of the service to maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or improve reliability.
Privacy
Use of Hideon VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Apple terms
For iOS distribution, your app use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple standard end user license agreement where applicable.
